Tilth, which opened in September 2006, is the second restaurant in the country to receive organic certification from Oregon Tilth. We specialize in “New American” cooking and feature the best from regional producers. We renovated a house that used to be home to a Burmese restaurant and brightened the look with a buttery interior and soft-green exterior. We want our guests to feel warm and welcomed when they dine at Tilth.
